Managr Sports (managr) projects every rostered and rosterable player in professional baseball, then re-ranks the board each morning against the current roster, injury and playing-time picture. The projection engine, the market-edge model and the ranking surfaces are all documented, and every daily board is archived so past calls stay checkable.
managr is a fantasy sports analytics site for baseball and football. It builds its own projection for every rosterable player instead of repackaging a consensus, then turns those projections into rankings, trade and waiver tools, and daily game-day views scored the way your league actually counts points.
For baseball, the engine projects playing time and per-plate-appearance rates separately, adjusts them for injuries, role and ballpark, and rebuilds the board every day during the season. The same projections drive the rest-of-season and full-season redraft rankings, dynasty rankings that weigh age and development, prospect and first-year-player boards, buy-low and sell-high lists, and a trade analyzer.
For football, every player is projected as a set of expected yards, touchdowns, receptions and other components, and that projection is then scored by your league's own rules. PPR, half PPR, standard and custom settings all rank from the same underlying numbers, and the board, weekly projections, dynasty values and trade analyzer update as the season goes.
Every published board is archived, and each day's predictions are frozen before the games are played, so the accuracy page compares what the model said with what actually happened instead of grading itself after the fact. The methodology pages explain how each layer works, and the articles cover injuries, call-ups, closers and other changes as they happen.

Final Value = Raw Projection × MasterConfidence × TeamContext. Each layer answers one question - no overlap.
Recency weighting: prior seasons contribute by recency (more recent = more weight) and sample size (more PA = more weight).
Shrinkage: observed rates regress toward position-specific population means by an amount inversely proportional to sample size. Catches small-sample outliers.
Quality-of-contact adjustments: xwOBA, barrel rate, and bat-tracking metrics replace luck-driven outcome stats with skill-driven ones.
PT modeling: projected PA is anchored to workload tier (full-time, regular, platoon, backup catcher) using historical role distributions.
Monte Carlo: N simulated seasons per player using projected mean + uncertainty, producing P10 / P50 / P90 distribution and bust%.
Confidence layers: four orthogonal multipliers: Roster (depth chart), Role (PT certainty), Sample (career PA), Market (consensus alignment). The Audit tab shows all four for every player.
VAR: Value Above Replacement at the player's primary position. Replacement levels are floored per position so SS scarcity doesn't artificially inflate stable middle infielders.
