Sell high candidates

Sell-high candidates are the mirror of buy-low: production the underlying skills do not support, where market price currently exceeds what the projection expects going forward.

What makes a player a sell-high

Sell-high candidates are the mirror of buy-low: players the field is paying too much for. Their recent production is running ahead of what the underlying skills support, so the market price sits above what the projection expects from here.

A sell-high is not a claim that a player is bad. It is a claim that the current price already assumes the hot stretch continues, which leaves little room for it to be worth more and a real chance it is worth less.

Use it to find trades where you sell at the top of a player’s market. The best time to move one is while the results still look strong, because that is exactly when another manager will pay for them.
